Scope of our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers the 247Network's use of any personally identifiable information that the 247Network collects when you are on 247Network sites, and when you use the 247Network's services. This policy also covers the 247Network's use of any personally identifiable information that the 247Network's business partners share with the 247Network or that the 247Network may collect on one of our partners' sites. This policy does not apply to companies that the 247Network does not own or control, or to people that the 247Network does not employ or manage.
What do we collect and why?
The 247Network collects personally identifiable information when you register for a 247Network A-List membership, when you use certain 247Network products or services, and when you enter promotions or competitions, and purchase items through our shops. The 247Network may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you register with a 247Network A-List, we ask for your name, email address, birthday, gender, address, and personal interests. Once you register with the 247Network and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. The 247Network also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, 247Network cookie information, and the page you requested. The 247Network uses information for three general purposes: to ensure that the advertising and content you see on our pages is most appropriate to our audience, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services - e.g. the A-List newsletters, and to contact you about specials and new products.
Who do we tell?
The 247Network will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone - as surfers, we feel very strongly about this!. The 247Network will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
- We have your consent to share the information;
- We need to share your information in order to provide the product or service you have requested, for example to despatch goods won or purchased;
- We need to send the information to companies that work on behalf of the 247Network to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
- We find that your actions on our web sites violate the 247Network Terms of Service - which includes the 247Network A-List Terms of Service - or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
Cookies
The 247Network may set and access 247Network cookies on your computer. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to the 247Network's cookies.
What have we got on you?
For some time now, the 247Network has given you the ability to edit your 247Network A-List membership information and preferences at any time. You may request deletion of your 247Network account by emailing us (use the contact link in the footer of this page), verifying your password once more and confirming your choice to terminate the account.

Your 247Network Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security. In certain areas the 247Network uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. |
